Clearing ourselves with a good movie always helps our emotional state. Triple-S Advantage, together with Caribbean Cinemas, designed the event Morning Movies in different theathers around the island where they offered to our eldery population free movies.

Plow to Plate Forum
Triple-S was present at the Plow to Plate Forum where 21 new projects received grants from World Central Kitchen Puerto Rico. During the event, the initiative Alimenta tu cuerpo, alimenta tu alma was introduce to show our focus on two social determinants for Puerto Ricans: food security and emotional well-being. This year, Fundación Triple-S donate $100,000 to the program Plow to Plate to support local agrucultural projects.
Actívate
Being active is a fundamental part of our health and emotional well-being. That’s why Triple-S Advantage offers Actívate, a free Zumba class every week in Ponce, Guaynabo, Hatillo, Aguadilla and Trujillo Alto. Enjoying and learning about the importance of physical activity for the elderly helps them to have a full and healthy life.
Alimenta tu cuerpo, alimenta tu alma: Albergue El Paraíso
In an initiative for Alimenta tu cuerpo, alimenta tu alma, Triple-S shared the table with the good people of Albergue El Paraíso, which offers food, essential services and support to homeless people since 1996. Listen through this video what they told us.
Mercado Saludable
In order to address social factors that affects the health of the elderly and their communities, Triple-S Advantage brought Mercado Saludable to several municipalities. The main reason for this event was the importance of addressing food security in terms of greater access to nutritious foods. Attendees enjoyed cooking classes, home garden workshops, food tasting, music and a 100% local agricultural products.
A bloodstream to save lives
Triple-S employees were present at our blood donation event in partnership with the Puerto Rico Mutual Services Blood Bank. Together we can save lives.
Solo faltas tú
The elderly population enjoyed the event “Solo faltas tú” throughout the island brought by Triple-S Advantage. During the event people was delighted with music, dances, games, kareoke and surprises. The focus of these events was to recognize this population and address their emotional well-being in the communities.
Relevo Por la Vida 2019
As the main sponsor of Relevo Por la Vida 2019 of the American Cancer Society, at Triple-S we reiterate our commitment to continue supporting this cause to eradicate cancer. During the event, our volunteers attended the survivor’s tent and, thanks to the generosity of our employees, we received the second place for highest corporate collection.
Asthma Route
Fun and learning with Triple-S at the Asthma Route! More than 500 children participated in entertaining chats, interactive asthma prevention stations and the movie The Secret Life of Pets 2 at Caribbean Cinemas in Plaza Escorial, Carolina. Triple-S will keep protecting the health of our children.
Equipo Saludable
Equipo Saludable was a health fair for the whole family offered by Triple-S in the month of May in Carolina. The event provided health clinics, yoga classes, Puerto Rican farm products and for the children Atención Atención show. See you next year!
