Caregivers workshops

Triple-S Advantage with the support of SALUS offered several workshops for caregivers at their facilities in Guaynabo and Carolina. People in charge of their relatives participated in educational sessions related to emotional health, communicationand legal aspects. Also received free our Caregiver’s Guide.

Cancer ponched at the ball park

Triple-s joined the American Cancer Society during a ceremony in honor of loved ones cancer patients in the 7th entry ‘s ball game of the Cangrejeros de Santurce v. Criollos of Caguas. Participants enjoyed games and music while we threw the cancer to the OUT and brought hope to the HOME.

Determination Tour 2019

For the second year in a row, Triple-S participated in the Determination Tour 2019. This year, 11 of our brave employees pedaled for three days on a 300-mile tour that circled the island. The tour was in support to the American Cancer Society, Warrios for Life, Parkinson’s Puerto Rican Foundation and the Alfredo Ruiz Foundation.

Volunteers help mitigate food insecurity

Triple-S volunteers joined the Food Bank of Puerto Rico in its mission to mitigate the food insecurity of children, the elderly, women victims of abuse, the sick, wandering and low-income families. Our volunteers donated their work and support through the 4 valuable hours program that the company offers to its employees.

Rebuilding a New Puerto Rico

Triple-S Vida employees collaborated with United Funds of Puerto Rico through the Rebuilding a New Puerto Rico program. This initiative consisted of changing LED incandescent bulbs as part of the pillars of organizations to create financial stability and, in turn, more resilient communities in Puerto Rico.

The Project

The education about the importance of local agriculture and collaborative work is essential for the future of our island. During the month of June, more than 900 children enjoyed the play El Proyecto, with Boricua talent. The work was commissioned by Fundación Triple-S. This event was presented in collaboration with Departmento de Recreación y Deportes, YMCA Ponce, Wesleyan Academy and American Academy summer camps to support the initiative Alimenta tu cuerpo, alimenta tu alma.

Give a Day

A group of employees from the southern and western units of Triple-S helped painting the facilities of two nonprofit organizations in those regions. The work was carried out to commemorate the Give a Day activity, an initiative of the United Ways of Puerto Rico. We feel very proud to have people who give their best in all aspects of their lives.
